Dr. Anita Teslak
Dr. Anita Teslak is the Executive Vice President of Adler International, a coaching and leadership development firm. She is a registered, licensed psychologist who has held senior leadership roles in the EAP, consulting, and financial industries.Twenty five years of combined experience speaks to her true understanding of social and financial responsibility. In her various roles, she has had the opportunity to coach, consult, facilitate and counsel while also partnering with organizations on a variety of workplace issues. Some of these issues include resiliency in the workplace, employee engagement, recruitment and selection, succession planning, mergers and acquisitions, and team and leadership development.
Dr. Teslak holds a B.A. from York University, an M.A. in Counseling Psychology and doctorate in Clinical Psychology. She is a member in good standing of the College of Psychologists of Ontario and the Ontario Psychological Association. She is also a member of the Board of Trustees for The Psychology Foundation of Canada.
