Dr. Liane Davey
Dr. Liane Davey is an Industrial/Organizational Psychologist and Principal and Central Region Lead, Knightsbridge MICA Leadership Solutions. She manages a team of 21 and is integrating three Knightsbridge practices: Assessment, Coaching and Organization Solutions, as well as the acquisition of MICA Consulting Partners in the Central Region.
She co-authored the book Leadership Solutions with David Weiss and Vince Molinaro. While at Watson Wyatt Worldwide, Liane developed Watson Wyatt's Canadian Organization Measurement practice and authored the Productive Engagement™ Model, published it in academic and trade publications, built tools to support the model and rolled out training to consultants across Canada. Dr. Davey first joined the Foundation as a member of the Foundation's Diversity in Action Steering Committee and will assume the role of Co-chair for this committee.
