This is a two part training workshop from The Psychology Foundation of Canada for parents, Early Childhood Educators, Family Child Care Providers and other professionals who work with kids ages 2-5.

- Children under stress have weakened immune systems and are three times more likely to catch respiratory infections.
Research shows that even very young children can learn to manage their stress effectively. By providing participants with more information, tools, and strategies, this training will help parents and childcare providers to create a childcare environment thta reduces undue stress and supports children by helping them begin to effectively cope stress.
